Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and to ensure your Melissa Odabash swimwear & beachwear remains in perfect condition, please follow the care guidelines to ensure longevity:
Swim Care:
  • Rinse after wearing
  • Hand wash with a very mild detergent
  • Reshape whilst wet
  • Lay flat to dry, away from strong sunlight
  • Sun block, lotions, oils and chlorine can cause discolouration - this is not a manufacturing defect
  • Melissa Odabash swimwear comes with a reusable, waterproof pouch which is perfect for storing your swimwear
  • Do not tumble dry, do not iron
  • 'Ribbed' & 'Ridges' swimwear fabrics are easily prone to snagging, please ensure to keep away from rough surfaces
Beach Care:
  • Hand wash with a very mild detergent in cold water
  • Some items are dry clean only, please check the label before washing
  • Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight
  • Sunblock, lotions, oils and chlorine can cause discolouration
  • Knit or crochet garments must be stored folded and not hung
  • Do not tumble dry, do not iron
  • Please note that our beachwear styles made from 100% viscose are subject to possible shrinkage therefore we would kindly remind you to take extra care when washing and drying these garments.
Accessories:
  • Use a damp soft cloth/sponge, nothing with a rough service that could cause abrasions
  • Wash grubby areas only with a very mild detergent

 Shipping & Delivery - UK

  • UK orders selected for a next working day delivery service must be placed before 2pm (excluding weekends & bank holidays)
  • Orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday for Next Day delivery orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will deliver the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
  • UK orders selected with standard shipping are delivered by 48hr tracked. Royal Mail delivery is 3-5 working days.
  • UK orders selected with Saturday delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday for Saturday Delivery.

Shipping & Delivery - NON-EU & Rest of World Countries

  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
  • We have no control over these fees, you may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.

    Our Returns Policy

    • Please follow the instructions on your paper work within your order on how to return.
    • It is imperative for all returns for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
    • We hope you are completely satisfied with your Melissa Odabash purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
    • The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.
    • We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
    • Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.
    • If you misplace your proof of postage receipt, please refer to your Royal Mail returns email to obtain your returns tracking number. 
    UK Returns
    • We offer free returns within the UK:

    • Select 'Melissa Odabash' from the list.
    • Either print your label or take the QR Code into your local Post Office to create the return.

    Rest of World Returns
    •  If you do not have a returns label or are returning from outside of the UK, please send your return to the following address:

    • If you are returning an order from outside of the UK, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs for this unless the return is a result of our error.
    • If you are returning items from outside the EU please ensure you mark them as 'British Commercial Returns' to ensure your refund.

    Refunds

    • After we have received your returns, you will be notified of this via email. 
    • Once your returns have been processed, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment that you originally used, you will be notified of this via 'credit memo' email.
    • We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy periods it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds, depending on your provider for the refunded amount to be visible in your account. 

    Late Returns

    • If you are unable to return your order inside of the 14 day time frame please contact us at shop@odabash.com
    • Any returns received outside of the 14 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of our Customer Service team, and may only be refunded in the form of a gift card. Your Gift Card can only be redeemed online and is valid for one year from the date issued.

    Return Conditions

    • The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. Please note any items returned which do not adhere to these conditions will be deemed as faulty.

    • We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.

    Swimwear
    All swimwear must be returned unworn, in its zip lock swim bag, with its hygiene strip intact to guarantee a full refund. In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear. Any swimwear returned without its zip lock swim bag will not qualify for a full refund and you will be deducted £5 per swim bag not returned to us.

      Beachwear
      All beachwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn with its labels attached.

        Flip Flops
        Please return all footwear items in their dust bag. When trying on, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

          Jewellery
          Jewellery must be returned unworn in its jewellery pouch, with any tags attached. Please note that Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

          Exceptions
          Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note personalised items are non-returnable.     

          E-Gift Cards
          E-Gift Cards are delivered by email to the recipient's email address and can only be redeemed online.                                                                                                                                                                                          
          Faulty Items
          • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
          • If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
