Returns Policy

Melissa Odabash has a 14 day returns policy; meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return via our free UK Royal Mail returns service for a refund. If you are returning an order from outside of the UK, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs for this unless the return is a result of our error.
