Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, to ensure your Melissa Odabash swim & beachwear stays in perfect condition, we advise that most pieces bought from our website are hand-washed with a very mild detergent, reshaped whilst wet & laid flat to dry, away from strong sunlight; take extra care with any embellishments or trims.

Some of our cotton pieces can be machine washed on a delicate cycle, however we still advise hand-washing to be the best method.

Not all of our items will be colour fast, so we reccomend washing them before first wearing the item.

Care must be taken when wearing to avoid catching or snagging near rough surfaces.

Always read the garments care label.

Shipping & Delivery

UK & Non-USA countries

Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a UK address the next business day. All orders to European and ROW addresses are also sent express delivery however may take longer depending on Customs.

USA

All products are sent with UPS and automatically calculated by weight and destination. Items that are in stock will be sent out and recieved within 7-10 working days.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipments outside the EU:

Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. 
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. We do not ship to the US, this is done solely through our US online Branch.

Within the UK:  We offer free tracked returns within the UK. Use the sticker provided in your order and take it to thenearest post office.IMPORTANT: Please retain the recipt from the post office un order to track your return. 

Outside of the UK: The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services.

USA: We offer free returns with all orders within the United States.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.

After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however during busy times it make take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that the returns note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you.
