Introducing High Summer 2026
April 2026

There is a version of Capri that exists only in memory and old photographs. It is the island as it appeared in its golden age: the 1960s and 70s - the Melissa Odabash High Summer 2026 collection is an ode to that era and to the effortless, sun-soaked glamour that made it unforgettable. Rooted in the same Italian spirit that has defined the luxury swimwear brand since its founding, 'La Dolce Vita' celebrates the effortless beauty of Capri's high summer lifestyle - where days are spent lounging on Riva boats, discovering hidden coves, and soaking in the island's free-spirited charm.
“Capri has always felt like a place out of time that takes you straight back to a more glamorous era. This collection is my love letter to that feeling, the ease, the elegance, and the timeless beauty of Mediterranean style."
- Melissa Odabash
A Palette with Provenance

The collection's tricolour palette features a crisp white, aquatic oasis and marine, and a rich, unapologetic red. It is not just a nod to Capri's maritime heritage but the palette of the Italian Riviera itself: the painted hulls of fishing boats, the awnings of harbour-side trattorias, the flash of a scarf caught in the sea breeze. Worn together or alone, these are colours that have always belonged to high summer.
The High Summer 2026 collection also introduces two bespoke prints, each designed by Melissa Odabash exclusively for the collection:
Paloma features delicate blue florals with the quiet beauty of hand-painted majolica tiles. Soft, feminine and worn beautifully in one of our returning styles the Prague Bandeau Bikini.
The retro Red Floral is altogether more audacious: rich, saturated blooms inspired by vintage Italian design. It is a print with presence - designed to be remembered. Seen above on the Adelaide Tie-Front Triangle Bikini.
Texture and Craft

The textural language of 'La Dolce Vita' is one of considered romance. Washed linens, such as the Darcy Shirt Dress, carry the memory of afternoons spent in the shade of a lemon grove. The delicate lace and broderie detailing of the Marta Sleeveless Kaftan, Matilde Long Skirt and Viv Lace Jumpsuit bring an heirloom quality to resort dressing, while the softly ruffled edges of the Bree Ruffle Dress, Imogen Belted Kaftan and Tam Short Skirt lend movement and femininity. The considered nautical stripes of the Agata Short Dress and then the understated linen stripe of the Barbara Shirred Short Skirt and Kelly Short Dress ground the collection in the island's seafaring soul.
The silhouettes of the collection are shaped by vintage spirit. High-waisted forms, seen in the returning fan-favourite Shiloh Skirt, delicately knit cover-ups such as the Open-Back Juno Red Dress, and sculptural swimwear like the Tortuga One-Piece Swimsuit and Nevis High-Waisted Bandeau Bikini recall an era of truly glamourous resort dressing: women who dressed for the pleasure of it, who understood that a beautiful swimsuit was not a concession to the beach but an extension of impeccable personal style.

Each piece from the Melissa Odabash High Summer 2026 Collection is designed for the modern jet-setter; whether sailing the coast in the Rory Shirt Dress, strolling through picturesque piazzas in the Paola Floral Dress, or unwinding at an exclusive beach club in the Talitha Kaftan. Lightweight fabrics, elegant draping, and timeless cuts ensure that every woman feels both confident and comfortable in the heat of summer.
