Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, and ensure your Melissa Odabash swim & beachwear stays in perfect condition, we advise to follow the following care guidelines:

Swim/Beachwear is to be hand-washed with a very mild detergent, reshaped whilst wet & laid flat to dry, away from direct/strong sunlight; take extra care with any embellishments or trims. Not all of our items will be colour fast, so we recommend washing them before first wearing the item. 

Care must be taken when wearing to avoid catching or snagging near rough surfaces.

Always read the garments care label.

Please note: Sunscreen, lotions, oils and chlorine can cause discoloration; this is not a manufacturing defect. 

Personalised Bags  We strongly advise against machine washing this item as it may damage the monogramming.

If you have not shopped with Melissa Odabash before, we recommend purchashing swimwear in the next size up to the size you would usually take or two sizes if you are purchasing a printed piece of swimwear. 

Please also consider the amount of coverage you would like to recive from the swimwear. 

All sizing displayed on the UK website is in UK sizing. The Model is a UK8 and is wearing a UK10 in swimwear and a Small in beachwear. 

All sizing displayed on the US website is in US sizing. The Model is a US4 and is wearing a US6 in swimwear and a Small in beachwear.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are sent with UPS, at a flat shipping rate. For same day dispatch orders must be placed before1pm EST Once your order it dispatched it should be received within 7-10 working days. Occasionally due to situations beyond our control, with third-party courier services some orders may take longer.

For orders outside of the USA these may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. You may want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting to pay.

You will be notified if an item on your order is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available, you will be billed for each.

We cannot amend your order once it has been dispatched. Please check your confirmation email detail carefully.

We offer free returns with all orders within the United States. If an order is being returned from outside the USA it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs for this unless the return is a result of our error. It is imperative to obtain proof of delivery when returning an order to ensure a refund. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

We cannot accept returns on items not returned in their original condition, with missing tags or sanitary strips or if it is damaged.

After we have received your returned items and it has been processed a refund will be issued back to you using the same form of payment which was originally used. We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 3-7 business days, depending on your provider for the refunded amount to be visible in your account.
