Orders placed Monday-Thursday will dispatch within 1-3 days.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not dispatch until after the following Monday.

If you are not shopping from the correct store, you will not be able to select your country as a shipping destination. Please ensure you are on the correct store to be able to place a successful order. 

CAN I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT CODE FOR MY ORDER?

If you have not subscribed to our newsletter, you are eligible for a 10% discount off your first order. Join our Beach Club and become member for our exclusive offers and promotions.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You no longer need to create an account to place an order with us, you have the option to check out as a guest.

If you create an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, and view and track your orders in your account. You will also become a member of our Beach Club rewards loyalty program.

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MELISSA ODABASH ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards.

    All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

    IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

    All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit with FedEx and UPS from Melissa Odabash to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

    We do not require a signature for packages to be delivered. 

    HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS LATE?

    Once your order dispatches you will receive an email with tracking, please monitor this. If your order appears to be delayed or if your order is noted as delivered when you are still not in receipt of it, please contact the customer care team.

    CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

    CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

    Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information to track your order.

    HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    You have 14 business days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange. To process a return or an exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Visit: https://melissa-odabash-us.loopreturns.com & follow the steps to create a return or exchange.
    • We offer complimentary returns for all domestic orders.
    • If you are returning from outside of the USA mainland, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the costs.
    • It is imperative to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to guarantee a refund. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reach your account after your return is processed.

    DO YOU OFFER A REPAIRS SERVICE?

    With our premium quality, we expect your Melissa Odabash garments to last for many seasons, however, should anything go wrong, we are often able to repair items up to a year after purchase. Contact shopUSA@odabash.com for further information. Please note that any discoloration or snags to the garment caused by wear are not deemed as a manufacturing fault. We would advise to take special care of our ribbed and ridges swimwear as it is more prone to snagging. 

    DOES MELISSA ODABASH HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
