This weeks Monday Motivation will be sure to whip your body into it's bikini best with Melissa's 28 Day Bikini Body Challenge.

Our carefully constructed challenge chart uses a mixture of core body exercise to tone and sculpture your figure into a bikini body to be proud of. The exercise reps gradually increase over the 28 day period to build up both muscles and stamina.


The challenge is aimed to target the core bikini body areas we want to hide the most- stomach, arms, legs and bums by working and toning over 15 muscles from the shoulders down to the legs.
