Due to the value of the products purchased on this website all orders are sent by DHL express delivery, all of which require a signature. If your order is placed after 3pm it will be processed the next day and sent out for delivery to the day after.  Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a UK address the next business day however occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. All orders to European and ROW addresses are also sent express delivery however may take longer depending on Customs.

USA
All products are sent with UPS ground at a flat rate of $15. Items that are in stock will be sent out and received within 7-10 business days.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipments outside the EU:

Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. 
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. We do not ship to the US, this is done solely through our US online Branch.

Our Returns Policy:

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Melissa Odabash purchase.

If you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 28 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. 


Please Note - It is not possible to organise an exchange - if you wish change the item you have purchased, please return the item and order the product you would like from the website.

This can be done by logging into your account here, selecting the item you wish to return and printing out the returns form.
Ensure that you have clearly marked the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure the item will be return will be accepted.

Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.

In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it's clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after receipt.

- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.

After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that the RMA note is enclosed with your order and returned with your parcel.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
