  • Monday Motivation - Autumnal Shades

It's now the month of October and in our office there is definitely a consensus that Autumn has finally arrived in London today.

Although darker mornings and earlier evenings are hardly something to celebrate, as far as we are concerned the colour palette that comes along with Autumn definitely is worth getting excited about. It's without a doubt that we will be warmly welcoming a variety of beiges, browns, olives, rusts and golds into our wardrobes over the coming months and there's no excuse for this not to translate into your holiday wardrobe!

So this Monday - motivate yourself to be on trend and reflect the beautiful autumnal tones from nature in your outfit choices.

  • Monday Motivation - The Blogger Body

This week's Monday Motivation has taken on somewhat of a Monday Muse theme, as we have been inspired by two of our favorite fashion bloggers who were both looking fabulous in their Odabash swimwear this weekend!

Not only do these ladies have wardrobes to die for - including some staple Melissa Odabash pieces naturally, but they also have the fabulous bikini bodies show the swimwear looking at it's best.

Looking at these stunning holiday snapshots from Rosie Londoner and In The Frow this morning fortunately helped us to put down the mid-morning biscuits and pick up a handful of seeds instead as thanks to these lovely ladies we now we have the motivation of real women, showing us that achieving a smoking bikini body IS possible.

    Rosie In The Frow

With some of the office still waiting for their summer holidays to come round, these pictures have provided the perfect little reminder to stay on the straight and narrow with a balanced diet and keep our gym attendance up - just until summer's over anyway.
Living a healthy lifestyle enabling you to feel confident on the beach is so important and so we thank our Monday Muse's for reminding us of that and inspiring us to stay on track for the week ahead!

If you want to shop the look of Rosie Londoner and In The Frow simply click here to purchase our Angola Bikini in Thin Stripe which is now a steal thanks to our 2015 sale launching today!

  • What's In My Travel Tote ft. Louise Roe!

    1. Melissa has released a debut handbag collection for SS15, which will you be rocking on the beach this year?

The Zig zag pouch - it’s the perfect accessory for that beachy vibe but I’ll be taking it to music festivals and bbq’s too!

    2. What Sun-seeking destinations can you look forward to?

I’m off to a little island off of Singapore to film a t.v. show soon and I cannot wait to live on the beach!

    3. In case you lose your luggage at the airport, what emergency items do you make sure are packed in your travel holdall?

I’ve learned the hard way to always pack the essentials in your hand luggage, so – a black bikini (this color looks great on your first day when you’re not tanned yet), this Summer I’m wearing the Martinique Bandeau and pairing it with the Jessica cover up in Navy. Big shades from Anine Bing, Lancome Imanance Tinted Moisturizer with SPF so my skin is still protected; and a good book - right now it’s The Paris Wife by Paula McLain.

    4. Post-flight beauty – how do you refresh your skin after a long flight?

The failsafe trick - splash some cold water to awaken the skin and then use a gentle exfoliator (I love Kate Somerville’s) to scrub away all the "yuck" from travelling. If I have time, I’ll throw on Eve Lom’s Moisture Mask while I unpack – a good way to multi task! And then apply a thick cream to sleep in, like Sisley’s.

    5. What’s on your wish list from the Melissa Odabash SS15 Collection?

The Melissa dress in yellow knit looks very sexy – I have known Meli for 10 years and she knows how to make a woman feel sexy! I also love the new sporty vibe of her designs like the Bali bikini.

    6. Hotspots for your upcoming trip to Singapore?

I have no idea yet, all to be discovered! But I did visit Bali last year and can highly recommend morning coffee and book browsing at Drifter, learning to surf on Seminyak beach, Potato Head for dinner at sunset and Favela for late night cocktails and dancing!

Louise released her debut style guide 'Front Roe: How to Be the Leading Lady in Your Own Life' earlier this month, which is now available to purchase from Amazon; From staple wardrobe pieces, perfume etiquette and swimwear TLC, the guide offers an answer to the most common fashion queries.
