      This week's Monday Motivation discusses the importance of including essential fat in your diet and way to do that this lunch time (or any other lunchtime) to start your week right!
      Here at Odabash Head Office we try to stay on the straight and narrow and have a salad for lunch whenever possible, particularly on a Monday, after all, how else will we ease our conscience after a weekend of eating ALL the wrong things? Oops.

      Recently we decided to spice things up and use a different source of protein in our lunch-time salads and as a result it's fair to say we are now all pretty addicted to... MACKEREL.

    • Friday Fix: When In... Miami


      This weekend anyone who is anyone will definitely be found in Miami - including many of the Melissa Odabash team!

      With the 11th annual Miami Swim Show - the only fashion week specifically dedicated to swimwear, taking place over the coming days, we are without a doubt that journalists, celebrities, models and social media personalities will be flocking to South Beach to take in the fashions, as well as the rays.

      Bikini babes Natasha Oakley and Rocky Barnes have already been spotted at many local haunts and as Miami is a city known for it's nightlife we thought we'd share our favourite place to visit for any post-show drinks!

      The Setai hotel in Miami is an exclusive beach resort which oozes luxury has homed the creme-de-la-creme of the A-List such as Beyonce and Jay-Z, Giselle, Simon Cowell and more. With an Asian inspired concept achieved through dark decor, water features, clean lines and an array of palm trees this hotel focuses on providing excellent service teamed with un-ashamed opulence - and you wonder why this is our venue of choice!

    • Shake Up Your Monday Mornings!


      We all know that Monday morning feeling when our energy levels are low, our eyes are struggling to stay open and our minds are totting up all the indulgences we ate and drank over the weekend - it's fair to say our office knew that feeling yesterday!
      For us ladies at Odabash Head Office, a go-to quick fix to help boost our immune system and help get some goodness back into our diets to wake us up for the week is always via a Monday morning shake.

      Our Nutri-Bullet is forever whizzing away as we all attempt to cram our five-a-day into a one glass of sometimes pleasant, sometimes not so pleasant goodness.
      Thanks to our health-conscious friends over at Naturya our first shakes of the week were given a new lease of life yesterday as we treated ourselves to some delicious new powders. Adding Naturya Blends powders to our shakes helped them to taste extra scrumptious, as well as being packed full of natural nutrients to help give our bodies an all important boost for the busy week ahead.

      The sun is shining and it's the start of ANOTHER bank holiday weekend, as far as we are concerned there isn't much that could make us happier this Friday, and yet Roger & Gallet have gone and done just that.

      This iconic fragrance house have decided to spoil the women of London by #DistillingHappiness for three days. As of yesterday and through until tomorrow if you venture to High Street Kensington tube station you will find some very friendly women, dressed in fabulous purple t-shirts, stood next to some beautifully decorated floral bikes ready to 'distill' free bouquets of flowers to passers by.

      We are also firm believer's in the importance of treating ourselves to a meal out, and fortunately being based in London we are spoilt for choice with wonderful restaurants which still keep our clean eating on track.

      One of our regular haunts is the infamous Prawn on the Lawn based in the bustling area of Islington.

      As winter is slowly coming to an end, we cannot help but to anticipate Spring more than usual due to New York’s indecisive weather. Like many, we are in need of some warm weather and an escape from the procrastinating sun. Since Mother Nature has New York playing quite the guessing game, we figured it is time to migrate to the south to Miami Beach for a taste of the good life!
