Chia Seeds are an amazing source of healthy omega-3 fats, phosphorus and calcium, and fortunately it's an easy food to add to your diet. A 30g serving of chia provides an average adult with a third of their daily fibre intake which is important for digestive health, as well as nearly 10% of an adult's daily protein recommendation.
On top of all that thanks to their abilities to expand when in liquid these little seeds swell and help to keep to keep us all fuller for longer - which also means less snacking on the wrong foods - YEY!
