Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Melissa Odabash is not responsible for possible errors on the site. There may be colour differences between goods as viewed on the site and their actual colours. Melissa Odabash has the right to refuse a sale for any reason whatsoever.
You will receive e-mail notification of your payment as a receipt. You will also be sent an e-mail to notify you payment was successful from Protox.
Our Returns Policy:
You may return all items sold by Odabash.com within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services provided by Royal Mail. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact our customer services shop@odabash.com).
Please also note that we can not accept returns on the following:
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after receipt.
Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
If you live outside of the EU. Sales to outside the EU are final and we do not operate a returns policy to non EU countries as yet. Refunds will only be given if the item/garment supplied has a defect. Minor inconsistencies in the item/garment and variations in colour/size do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund Policy:
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from Odabash.com. Odabash items bought from other shops or auction sites such as Ebay can obviously not be refunded by us.
After we have received your refund request, we will processed the refund issue and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Refunds will be dealt with within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return.
How Refunds Are Calculated (please read carefully):
Your refund outcome will depend on these aspects:
- Items that are not in the original condition they were sent to you, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be refunded.
- We receive items within 10 days of receipt.

In the rare case of a complaint, please contact our customer services. In the confirmation email will be your order number which you will need to have at hand.
