All credit and debit card payments are handled purely by Sage Pay (www.sagepay.com), our payment gateway, via a secure server. The server utilises Secure Socket Layer technology to ensure your card details are safe at all times.
Ordering and Payment
You will receive e-mail notification of your payment as a receipt. You will also be sent an e-mail to notify you payment was successful from Sage Pay (UK) and Authorize.net (USA). Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Please order by the 20th December to ensure your packages arrive with you by christmas. It is a very busy period for DHL and although they offer express delivery they cannot always guarantee it during this period.
from the 22nd-4th of January orders within the UK will be put on hold and will be sent out only after those dates. Please contact either of our Flagship stores for items you may require during this period.

UK & ROW
Due to the value of the products purchased on this website all orders are sent by DHL express delivery, all of which require a signature. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a UK address the next business day. All orders to European and ROW addresses are also sent express delivery however may take longer depending on Customs.
USA
All products are sent with UPS and automatically calculated by wieght and destination. Items that are in stock will be sent out within 24 hours of receiving the order.
You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipments outside the EU:
Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. We do not ship to the US, this is done solely through our US online Branch.
Our Returns Policy:
You may return all items sold by Odabash.com within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services.
Please also note that we can not accept returns on the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
- Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
Returns can only be made directly through the website.
Availability:
Prices and availability of stock are subject to change without notice. Melissa Odabash is not responsible for possible errors on the site. There may be colour differences between goods as viewed on the site and their actual colours. Melissa Odabash has the right to refuse a sale for any reason whatsoever.

In the rare case of a complaint, please contact our customer services. In the confirmation email will be your order number which you will need to have at hand.
