Shipping & Delivery

 

  • If your order is placed after 3pm it will be processed the next business day.  
  • Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a UK address within two business days however occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.
  • All orders sent outside the UK are sent express delivery however may incur delays pending on Customs. 
  • Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

Our Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE:  You will no longer need to log into your account and generate an RMA number. This is no longer required, so please follow the new instructions on your paper work within your order.  

  • We hope you are completely satisfied with your Melissa Odabash purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 28 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
  • If you live in the UK we offer free returns using our prepaid Royal Mail returns label (just in case you change your mind). If you require a pre-paid returns label please contact us at shop@odabash.com
  • If you are returning items from outside the EU please ensure you mark them as 'British Commercial Returns' to ensure your refund.
  • It is imperative you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us.
  • The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. 
  • In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.
  • We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
  • Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.

Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

 

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process exchanges, please process a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the new items you wish to receive.

 

Refunds

  • After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
  • We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
  • Once refunded you shall receive a ‘credit memo’ email from us to confirm your refund was processed.

 

Faulty Items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
