How would sum up your experience of being a Head Judge on Britain’s Next Top Model?
It was incredible, such an honor and a bit of a dream to be honest. It's where my career started and I learnt a few things on the show that I have carried with me and been able to apply throughout my career.
Do you felt like you brought a different aspect to the judging process in comparison to the other judge’s because you’ve been in the exact position yourself?
I think the fact I was on the show as a contestant 10 years ago brought something special to the show. I have been in their shoes, so can completely empathise with the girls and certain situations they were in. The show is basically a crash course in modelling and can be a fantastic platform to launch a career, I loved judging it and hope they loved their experience as much as I did.
What was your favourite challenge to judge and why?
I loved the Reebok shoot, the girls were really put through their paces and had to be totally body aware as we wanted a realistic shot where the girls looked strong, believable, but gorgeous at the same time - a hard combination! It was a real test and most of them nailed it.
You’re Instagram feed is often filled with pictures of your beautiful children, how do you manage to juggle raising a family and working?
I love being a mum, it's my greatest achievement but I also love to work. It keeps me sane and I believe it's important to keep something for you, even when you have kids. My job provides great escapism; I love getting hair and makeup done, wearing wonderful clothes and then getting home back to real life in my comfy clothes. It provides great balance for me, but I also couldn't do it without my mum and family who help me with childcare.
You recently encountered the milestone of the big 3-0 and have achieved so much over the last decade, where do you hope to be in another 10 years' time?
Aaagghhhh, how did that happen! I still feel young, I'm young at heart and have loved my career so far as well as my amazing home life - I feel so blessed and lucky. To be honest, I'd love more of the same and maybe more babies; I'm one of four, so would love a big family and maybe a boy for Peter!

What’s your holiday style? I love a great fitting bikini and cool cover-ups. I need a look that's stylish but practical and works when I have the kids with me. Favourite accessory for at the beach? Either a hat or big sunglasses

What smell reminds you of holiday the most and why? Sun cream, cocktails and Estee Lauder's Bronze Goddess perfume!
Where is the best beach you’ve ever visited? St Barth's and the sea life in Hawaii was incredible - I love to snorkel and enjoyed swimming with the giant turtles.
How do you adapt your beauty routine on holiday? I use mineral makeup, it's great for covering blemishes and let's your skin breathe at the same time. Heliocare factor 50 face sunscreen is the protection I swear by, it's so important to look after your skin - especially when you're getting older.
What’s your go-to beach hairstyle? I wash my hair in the morning using Kerastase and use their sun protector spray, then I just let it dry naturally. I love that beach hair you get on holiday! .
